Each call helps reduce loneliness, offers families peace of mind, and gives seniors a trusted confidant so their conversations with loved ones can stay focused on simply enjoying time together. This simple daily touchpoint also helps seniors stay on track and maintain independence.

Additional Resources

  • Senior Advisors are an awesome resource. They assist families in all aspects of care planning. Their main focus is helping people move into independent living, assisted living, memory care, or adult care homes. The best part about them is they are a free service. This is because they are paid by the community that their client move into. In general we also have found them to be a good resource for other senior living services… we like to think of them like the “realtors” of senior living.

If you or a loved one could use a Senior Advisor in your corner, feel free to reach out to our team and we will connect you to someone local

  • In-home care provides personalized support for older adults who want to remain safely in their own homes while receiving help with daily activities. Caregivers assist with tasks such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility support, and companionship, allowing seniors to maintain independence and quality of life.

In-home care services can be tailored to short-term needs or ongoing support and often adapt as care needs change over time. This flexible approach helps families ensure their loved one is safe, supported, and comfortable at home, while offering peace of mind and continuity of care.

  • Home health provides skilled medical care for individuals recovering from illness, injury, or hospitalization, delivered in the comfort of their own home. Services are typically ordered by a physician and may include nursing care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, medication management, and medical monitoring.

Home health focuses on rehabilitation, recovery, and preventing hospital readmissions. Care is provided by licensed medical professionals on a short-term or episodic basis, helping patients regain strength and independence while supporting a safe transition from hospital to home.

  • Hospice care provides comfort-focused support for individuals with a life-limiting illness when curative treatment is no longer the primary goal. Care is centered on pain management, symptom control, emotional support, and quality of life, and is delivered by a coordinated team of medical professionals, caregivers, social workers, and chaplains.

Hospice services can be provided at home, in assisted living, or in a hospice facility, and also offer guidance and support for family members. The goal of hospice care is to ensure comfort, dignity, and peace while supporting both the individual and their loved ones through the end-of-life journey.

  • An elder law attorney helps older adults and their families plan for aging by providing legal guidance around healthcare decisions, asset protection, and long-term care planning. They assist with essential documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives to ensure a person’s wishes are protected.

Elder law attorneys also help families understand options related to Medicare, Medicaid, and long-term care costs, offering strategies to preserve assets while maintaining eligibility for benefits. Their work gives families clarity, protection, and peace of mind as they navigate the legal aspects of aging.

  • Guardians and conservators are court-appointed individuals or professionals who help protect and support adults who can no longer fully manage their personal, medical, or financial affairs. These roles are typically established when an older adult or vulnerable person is unable to make safe decisions on their own and no legal planning documents are in place.

A guardian is responsible for personal and healthcare decisions, such as medical care, living arrangements, and overall well-being. A conservator manages financial matters, including paying bills, overseeing assets, and handling legal or financial obligations. In some cases, one person may serve in both roles.

Guardians and conservators are legally required to act in the best interest of the individual, providing oversight, protection, and accountability. Their involvement helps ensure safety, stability, and responsible decision-making when additional support is needed.
